Access to Property and Safety
If the Services—including site measuring, installation, or finishing—are performed at your property, you will give our personnel and equipment safe access to the work area. You shall be responsible for noting any hazards, constraints, or special conditions at the location (e.g., underground utilities, uneven terrain, fragile landscaping, or electrical sources).
